The Problem
There is a separation between every person and God. It is called sin.
Isaiah 59:2 says, "It's your sins that have cut you off from God..."

Romans 3:23, "For everyone has sinned; we all fall short of God's glorious standard."
The Good news is that God has bridged the gap that separates us from Him.
The Solution
The Gospel
The Gospel is the good news that God has accomplished salvation for us through Jesus the Christ.

"...who desires all people to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth. For there is one God, and there is one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus," 1 Timothy 2:4-5
​
John 1:12 reveals, "But to all who believed him and accepted him, he gave the right to become children of God."
The Reason
A right relationship with God and the ability to overcome evil
God accomplishes salvation so that we can be in a right relationship with Him, a relationship of communicating and experiencing life together.
John 14:26 teaches, “But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, he will teach you all things and bring to your remembrance all that I have said to you.”
